This roundtable discussion is a deep and affirming dive into the often-overlooked truths of women’s health, hormones, and desire. Designed for adult women in all life stages (no teenage women for this one...that one will be coming next year), we’ll explore the intersections of reproductive hormone imbalances, burnout, low libido, trauma, and emotional labor — and how they all show up in the body.
Taught through the lens of holistic herbalism and women’s sociology, this class offers an empowering and realistic approach to healing. You’ll learn about:
-How to address hormone imbalance
-Herbal allies for libido, stress, and nervous system support
-How emotional labor and trauma affect your sex drive and energy
-What’s actually normal when it comes to desire — and how to reclaim yours
-Practices for reconnecting to your body without shame or pressure
This isn’t a class about "fixing" yourself — it’s about coming back to yourself.
