What is your return policy?
- At Wise Roots Apothecary, we stand behind the integrity of our small-batch herbal creations. Because every body is unique, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis with care and intention.
- Exchanges: If you received or accidentally purchased the wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.
- Returns: While we don't offer blanket returns, we understand that occasionally, a product may not align with your individual needs. In these rare cases, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you to find a solution.
- Tinctures: Due to the nature of internal herbal remedies and health regulations, all tincture sales are final and non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
