Shipping policy

At Wise Roots Apothecary, we ship directly from our Colorado-based store Mondays through Fridays.

We package your order with care, and aim to ship within 3 business days.

From there, carrier shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Wondering where your order is? You'll receive a tracking number once we've put your order in the mail. You can also get updates about tracking in the Shop app.

Unfortunately, we don't get any extra information from our carriers about your package's location.

Please understand that we are a small team and during busy times, fulfillment may take longer.
