Mugwort Extract

Mugwort is a great extract to help aid in lucid dreaming and dream recall and can be used to help calm the body because of it's slightly sedative effects. Physically, because it is a bitter herb, it can be helpful with aiding digestion. Mugwort also acts as an emmenagogue, meaning that it can help bring on a stagnant menstrual cycle.
