We recommend all of our clients book a 45 minute follow up session within 4-6 after their initial consult.

We reconnect to:

• Track the Shifts – Celebrate wins, note challenges, and feel into subtle body-mind-spirit changes.
• Refine the Formula – Tweak herbs, dosages, or rituals; add new allies if life threw you a plot twist.
• Resource Check-In – Review any meditations, journaling prompts, or lifestyle hacks we suggested—keeping what sings and releasing what no longer serves.

Like pruning a beloved garden so it can bloom even brighter.
